Shipping Locations
We currently only ship to locations in the US. If your location is not supported at checkout, please contact us at squad@crucibleminerals.com for assistance.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
During high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (United States):
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
Shipping Costs
There is currently no charge for standard shipping. You may select expedited shipping with for an associated cost.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at squad@crucibleminerals.com
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Crucible Minerals is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
